EMPETHIZE
Research
Quantative Research :
I conducted a survey using Google Forms to perform research and learn more about the people who are willing to apply for their visas online. 23 Users (these users are frequent travelers) responded, and with the help of this information, we found our insights.

Qualitative Research:
I interviewed around 5 to 6 users to understand the challenges and problems that they face while applying for a visa manually.

Competitive Analyisis
Competitive Analysis is one of the important steps during the research process and is done earlier in the project. It helps you understand your competitors and map where your product or service stands among them.

DEFINE
User Personas
Based on the answers from User interviews and Survey, I drew some insights and brainstormed on it as a team. After organizing the ideas, I mapped them in to different categories forming an affinity diagram.

IDEATE
Card Sorting
Card Sorting
Card sorting is a technique that involves asking users to organize information in to logical groups . After knowing the user requirements, card sorting is done to get an idea about what type of features and flow would help the user to attain their goals.

Information Architecture
Information Architecture is a visual representation for users so that user can get to know about features and functionality of the product and they could find anything easily.

PROTOTYPE
Low Fidelty
A low fidelity wireframe is the first visual representation of a designer's idea. It ensures that the developers and clients get a clear understanding of the functionalities and designs that the software needs to support.
